Gary Hall — Founder
Gary Hall is a serial entrepreneur and senior digital marketing executive whose 20-plus-year career bridges Silicon Beach startups, Fortune 500 brands, and the AI frontier. He built TRYSTUM to bring executive-grade rigor to talent sourcing in the verticals he has operated in personally: supply chain & logistics, AI technology, and AI-driven marketing.
On the logistics side, Gary is president and co-founder of a specialized logistics recruiting and partnerships firm, where he has spent years placing forwarding, brokerage, and supply chain talent — the foundation of TRYSTUM's 4-point vetting standard and its freight-fluent screening.
On the marketing side, he served as VP of Marketing at MyLife.com, where he managed a $20M+ annual advertising budget, and held senior growth leadership roles at Dun & Bradstreet Credibility and Reunion.com. He was mentored by legendary direct-response marketer Jay Abraham — the lens he applies when vetting every AI marketing candidate.
On the AI side, Gary is co-founder and chief growth officer of an AI-native logistics technology platform and has developed a proprietary suite of AI products spanning conversational AI, sales enablement, and AI-driven advertising. He knows the difference between a candidate who ships AI and one who talks about it — because he ships it himself.
He serves on the board of publicly traded Digital Town, began his career in investment banking, and is based in Los Angeles, California.

TRYSTUM Sourcing Specialists ("TRYSTUM," "we") is a recruiting and candidate sourcing service based in Los Angeles, California. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website and through résumé submissions.
What we collect
Information you send us directly: your name, company, email address, and the contents of your inquiry; and, for candidates, your résumé and the career details it contains (work history, education, contact information, vertical / operational / systems experience).
This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels, and does not store your information on a server. Form submissions and résumés are delivered to us by email.
How we use it
Client inquiries are used solely to respond and deliver recruiting services. Candidate résumés are used to evaluate fit against open searches. We do not present your profile to any employer without your prior consent, and we never sell personal information.
Sharing
Candidate information is shared only with prospective employers you have approved. We may share information where required by law.
Retention & your choices
We retain résumés and inquiries so we can match you to future opportunities. You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@trystum.com. We honor deletion requests promptly.
